Flora Vista Families,
We are officially in the final week of Falcon Fund! With our September 4 deadline approaching, we’ve raised $69,000 toward our $100,000 goal, with 49% of families participating.
We’ve made great progress, but we still need our community’s help to close the gap.
Falcon Fund directly supports the programs, resources, classroom support, field trips, enrichment and experiences our students benefit from all year. On average, these offerings cost approximately $400 per student, which is why you see that amount reflected in our giving structure, but every donation matters, whether it is more or less.
Our giving levels are structured to support families with multiple children, and payment plans are available if you prefer to spread your donation out over time.
🏆 How’s Your Class Doing?
I know firsthand from stepping in to provide some classroom supplies (provided by PTA) this week, that the kids are watching the leaderboard, and they are very invested! They’ve been excited to see their class climb the rankings and to know their families are helping support Flora Vista.
Every family donation counts toward classroom participation, regardless of the amount.

Historically, Flora Vista’s participation in direct giving has been lower than some neighboring schools, and we are working hard to change that. Every family who participates gets us closer to our goal and helps us continue providing these programs for our students.
